Four Points By Sheraton Birmingham Homewood

Attentive and responsive hotel staff.

Upon arrival, my room was not ready despite being past check-in time. The cleanliness was subpar as there were no towels and the nightstand showed signs of neglect with a cup ring visible. I expected a better experience from a reputable hotel, but it was far from satisfactory.

The one thing that I did not like were the pillows on the bed. They were too small. If you turned over in the bed, your head was off the pillow. They were the size of throw pillows.

Got relaxing and elegant room with 2 separate beds when arrived, liked that.

They were attentive and responsive to any inquiries. The room was well-maintained, with all essentials in good working order. The dining options were satisfying, with a nice selection of meals that catered to my busy work schedule.

Staff was amazing- so nice! They allowed early check-in. Hotel and rooms were really clean.

Pool was cold, air conditioning was on, made the air in the pool cold too. Breakfast was not good and service was slow

I basked in the inviting atmosphere. The staff members, especially Bryant. My room was a spacious retreat, meticulously clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities I could ask for!

The room was comfy and clean, a big plus. The bedding felt fresh, and I really appreciated having a fridge in there. A couple of things could use improvement though-some soap and shampoo dispensers were empty, and the AC didn't really keep the room at a good temp. It was a decent stay.

Such great overall experience. Tasteful place, updated room, very, very nice staff. Nice facilities and a great breakfast with meal plan and nice ambiance.

A Mixed Bag but Plenty of Potential

I appreciated the lovely shower and updated counters, though I found the bed uncomfortable. The staff's friendliness made up for some room flaws. Dining was decent-definitely try the breakfast.

The spacious room was perfect for our family of six, and the tv kept the kids entertained after a fun day exploring nearby attractions.

My kids wished the breakfast options were included for families.

the mini fridge was totally rank and ruined our food, but the clean room really impressed me. i loved the friendly front desk staff that made check-in easy and the fantastic margaritas at the bar. definitely wanna come back.

This staycation definitely exceeded my expectations compared to my previous visit in homewood. The dining options were also satisfying.

The indoor pool provided a nice spot to unwind, especially during downtime. The quick access off the interstate made it convenient for travelers passing through Birmingham.

Unfortunately, the room didn't quite live up to expectations. The shower and counters felt new and inviting, but the old tub with rust stains left a sour taste. Chipped paint and loose fixtures in the bathroom caught my eye, and the beds felt worn, affecting comfort. The noisy air conditioning unit was a nuisance, particularly at night. To top it off, the desk area was rendered useless without a proper chair.
